Republican representatives introduced legislations that would make it a federal crime to leak personal information from the Supreme court docket on Tuesday.
Rep. Mike Johnson, R-LA, added the bill alongside twelve different Republican sponsors Tuesday. The bill comes weeks after a Supreme court docket draft opinion leaked to the press and revealed the court can also soon overturn Roe v. Wade.

Johnson's invoice came hours after SCOTUS ramped up its investigation into the April leak, which publicized a draft majority opinion from Justice Samuel Alito in a Mississippi abortion case.
