Wisconsin dog named 'baby woman' left tied to fire hydrant along with word from owner, being cared for through Wisconsin Humane Society - KABC-tv

green BAY, Wis. -- A dog was discovered abandoned and tied to a fire hydrant in eco-friendly Bay, prompting the Wisconsin Humane Society to remind everybody it will certainly not turn away an animal in need.

A put up from the WHS says the dog had a notice with her explaining the owners could not do something about her anymore.

The dog, named "baby woman," become left with a bag crammed with dog food, treats and toys.
