Tom Aspinall is taking a devastating UFC battle night 208 main event outcomes in stride.
Saturday's heavyweight headliner on the O2 in London become dropped at an abrupt end just 15 seconds in when Aspinall (12-three MMA, 5-1 UFC) suffered a knee harm that despatched him to the canvas in discomfort. His opponent Curtis Blaydes (17-three MMA, 12-3 UFC) was awarded the win by way of TKO, and it gave the look of a grim scene for the British fighter.
Aspinall has no longer revealed the extent of his injuries, but deemed it a "freak accident." He seems to be in decent spirits, and even shared a beer with Blaydes within the fighter resort within the aftermath of the event (by the use of Instagram):

Aspinall posted to Twitter on Sunday to thank the UFC, Blaydes, his enthusiasts, family and greater in the aftermath of the damage and pointed out now he'll focal point on healing and coming lower back more advantageous.
