MTA police arrested Christopher Brown and Matthew Mahrer at Penn Station on Saturday.
Brown, 21, from Aquebogue, Suffolk County told police he operates a white supremacist Twitter community that he observed "is definitely cool," according to a crook complaint made public Sunday following his arraignment.
He tweeted anti-Semitic threats below the username "VrilKhan" and instructed detectives "I even have a in poor health character," the grievance stated.
Police spoke of Brown met one other Mahrer, 22, at St. Patrick's Cathedral and had purchased a gun for $650 in Pennsylvania.
