The Illinois Supreme courtroom has halted the removing of cash bail statewide pending an appeal.
earlier this week, a Kankakee County choose ruled that element of the protected-T Act unconstitutional. Counties who objected to the elimination of money bail shouldn't have to drop the practice.
Saturday, the state's optimum court issued the dwell saying it should maintain constant pretrial procedures all through Illinois while the matter is appealed.
